Fatigue
1 ½ cups raspberry leaf
1
cup nettle leaf
2 cups peppermint
½
cup alfalfa
½ squaw vine
1/8 cup ginger root, grated
Use four to six tablespoons of the herb mixture per quart
of water. Add the herbs to cold water and bring to a slow simmer over low heat. Keep
pot tightly covered. Simmer gently for twenty minutes. Remove from heat and allow to
infuse for another twenty minutes. Drink three to four cups daily.
