Indigestion


1 cup dandelion

1 cup calamus root

1 cup angelica

1 cup ginger root


Use four to six tablespoons of the herb mixture per quart of water.  Add the herbs to cold water and bring to a slow simmer over low heat.  Keep pot tightly covered.  Simmer gently for twenty minutes.  Remove from heat and allow to infuse for another twenty minutes.  Take one teaspoon before and after meals.
