Dandy Root Tea, for water retention

 

2 cups dandelion root

2 cups burdock root

1 cup marshmallow root

 

 

Use three to four tablespoons of herb mixture per quart of water. Add the herbs to cold water and bring to a slow simmer over low heat.  Keep pot tightly covered.  Simmer gently for twenty minutes.  Remove from heat and allow to infuse for another twenty minutes.   Drink throughout the day.
